Refund Policy

Refunds can be provided to users that meet these requiremenets: 

1.Requested a refund within 6 hours of purchasing the product. 
2. Account is not suspended. 
3. No chargeback case was opened. 

When requesting a chargeback, you must not open a dispute with any of our payment processors, including reseller(s). You have to resolve the issue directly with the Client's administrators. 

Tickets may take up to a week to be resolved. It would not be a valid reason to get a refund if your ticket has not been answered for less than a week. Each case will be reviewed by our support team.
